hi,
my family being only 'fried fish' eaters, am always on the prowl for some manggie veggie curry recipes – like prawn and mogae etc. I like your level of spice and decent quantity of coconut that is added to a recipe. You some how bring out the taste in a curry even though it is just veggie – thankyou for that. Keep on pleasing our palettes- good job.

This is Kalyani from Pune. I am looking for Malvani masala recipe which we can preserve and use it like sauce and ketchup. May i know which ingredients can be used as base material for malvani masala preparation as the base will affect taste.
