Boshi#37
Happy Independence Day folks!
It’s time for another boshi and this time I have my favourite chicken sukka and dalitoy making their appearance. Since I took this picture long ago I didn’t quite think that I would be posting it on I-Day or I would have plated the dishes in the right order to represent the tri-colour. Nevertheless, it makes for one yummy meal and I can never get bored of these dishes. What you see on the plate are my childhood favourites, my go-to recipes when I just want to put together a comforting meal. It is simple enough to be enjoyed as a weekday meal and can be spruced up with an extra dish or two and served to unexpected guests.
I do hope you like today’s boshi and if you do or have some dishes you want to be presented in plated form, do write to me at ruchikrandhap@gmail.com
